New Comic Shop Visit: The Core

One of the latest entries on my Comic Shop Tour is The Core, located in Cedar Falls, Iowa. This wasn’t technically a new one as I’ve been there once before. I had the opportunity to visit the area again and couldn’t pass up the chance to stop in.

And, of course, I like to support the shops and was able to find a few books for the collection. The issues I scored were Avengers (vol. 1) #215, #216 and #219. I believe they were part of some recent acquisitions.

AVENGERS ASSEMBLE!

This is a shop that caters to a lot of nerdy needs. If you’re looking for single issue comics, any style of collected edition, comic supplies, gaming supplies, action figures and other collectibles, you can certainly find it here. For my interests, they had a good mix of new release and back issue comics.
